It tells me to go to some place in map, nothing there, i right click radiant echo on my inventory, nothing happens. I read the quest description, its as vague as they have always been.

If you have Radiant Echo in your Bags, you will have to look the Map for “Worldsoul Memory” events.
Go there, click on a bright yellow-blue sphere and you’ll be teleported in a zone where you will need to kill as many mobs as possible.
Some rare elites will also spawn, but they’re manageable.
and
Ignore the blue circle marks on your map and go to the one with a blue dot; that is the one you must click.
