ABOUT CÔNSORTIUM:
Consortium was founded on April 2012, cleared 10-man HC content during Cataclysm and MoP and then went inactive for four years. We have recently (mid-Feb) reestablished our raiding core with skilled and experienced players possessing a casual attitude and progressive mindset who are aiming to clear future contents together. Most of us have been progressively raiding in previous expansions (as far back as Vanilla). However, due to IRL responsibilities, we cannot dedicate the time hardcore progression requires any more - therefore we aim to clear end-game content in a relaxed and mature environment while the content is still relevant.
Since the raiding core is recently reestablished, our aim for BoD is Curve and some progression into mythic. Our short-term focus is more on forming a strong core that works well as a team and enjoys the game together for future expansions than the immediate level of progress.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You are a mature player who is looking for a home. You have mid to long-term in your mind
- You have a progressive mindset combined with a chilled attitude. You take a wipe or two, or ten if/when required
- Can commit attendance and reliability to two nights a week raiding, 3 full hrs each night, starting 19h30 ST (Wednesday & Monday). We don’t mind you missing a raid now and then as long as we are informed in advance, or if an emergency comes up the last minute
- Active usage of Discord, especially in cases of emergency such as no-show or running late etc.
- Pre-raid preparation - you know the fight and what might be expected of you. You understand that members of your team are adults with full-time jobs and/or families, and you coming underprepared for a raid is a waste of everybody else’s limited raiding time
- Reliability, maturity, friendliness, no-drama
- You are online 15 mins before the pull, receive the invite and logged on Discord. You have a working mic, and not shy to talk when you are expected to/when you feel like you need to/when a certain mechanic forces you to
- We appreciate if you are also online (either with your main or an alt) outside the raiding hours so that we can push for high keys or have a chat outside of raids.
CURRENT PVE RECRUITMENT NEEDS:
Healers: In need of 1 healer (preferably with dps off-spec). Classes preferred are Shaman and Monk, however applications from other classes will also be considered.
DPS: Prioritizing applications from Warlock, Spriest (preferably with healer os), Monk (preferably with healer os), Boomkin and Demon Hunter; however applications from other classes will also be considered.
We appreciate personality, maturity and overall end-game experience over current tier progress or gear.
This is a great place for veterans to come back to, or for community-oriented players who would enjoy shaping up a new core and appreciate the challenges a raiding core starting progress from scratch would go through.
We are always looking to expand our team with players interested in m+ runs regardless of their class or role.
