The Delvers is a newly formed Adventure and Travelling RP guild, aiming to bring back the old school feeling of RP with an ever growing community and plenty of room for development of not only your character but your overall roleplay experience.
The Story So Far
With a desire for adventure and wanting to explore the world, Yun-Jin Jadebell decided it was time to form her own band of friends and travellers to seek out quests, loot and fame all over Azeroth.
Who Are We Accepting?
At the moment the guild is Alliance side during our initial start up, though in the near future it will be expanded to Horde as well for faction sided and neutral shenanigans.
We accept all races and afflictions including Death Knights and Demon Hunters as well, as long as your character concept is fitting to join such a group and your idea isn’t out of this world and heavily lore breaking.
What’s The Plan?
The aim of the group is to be able to travel to a manner of different locations, experience both social RP and planned events within them and return back to an RP hub such as Stormwind to regroup, recover and plan the next big move.
Events are planned to be held at least once or twice a week depending on the availability of our Event Planners, state of characters within RP and of course out of game issues. Though we will have a ‘Bounty Board’ system in place with event ideas and quests you can take on either by yourself or with whoever you choose, allowing personal progression to be made without relying on planned events.
Some events will lead us all over Azeroth where we will set up camp for a few days and nights.
Other than that you are pretty free to RP however you wish, we simply ask you show interest by RPing with other members and attend at least one to two events a month.
How Will Events Work?
As of the moment we haven’t opted for a combat system, meaning anything that happens on event is down to your character’s strengths and weaknesses. We want to enforce a less luck based system as it can really mess around with your character. Anything that happens such as combat, investigation or specific skills is directly up to who well your character is at them.
How Do I Join?
Joining is easy! There is both a direct in character way to join as well as contacting an officer out of game.
IC - Flyers will be placed around Stormwind City which you can pick up with the TRP Extended Stash tool or simply say you found one on your travels.
OOC - Shoot an in game mail over to ‘Jadebell’, whisper if you see a member or myself knocking about or directly contact me at ‘Kwyjibo#1234’ on Discord.
