[A-RP] Azure Dawn - Quel'dorei Supremacy!

Well, I mean… It ended well for the trolls.

Not so much for the elves…

10/10 will get hands cut off again. Will also 100% betray allies to send the souls of their kin back to them.

And who knows, maybe I’ll have a velf/quelf show up to join them

Honestly, Azure Dawn probably already knows how much I love them, so no more words needed.

I can’t wait till I get to throw a blood worm or a blood jelly at your people again :DD

I do not say this often, but… Thank you, elves!
You were worthy sacrifices.

You’re all far too nice to us. We’re excited for the various troll-fights this year will inevitably bring!

And like so, on the hunt for another Void Artefact, the Dawn have landed in Pandaria. After a long, grueling march from Lion’s Landing, and into the heart of Kun’Lai, they settle down, waiting for the morning’s task.

I’d like to remind everyone that the Azure Dawn is the most coolest high elf guild on Argent Dawn.

Met these guys for a brief time in Townlong Steppes. Awesome people and allround quality if you want to place your High Elf, Void Elf or Half Elf there for some good elven roleplay!

After making an extremely precarious journey over the only ‘bridge’ between Townlong, and the Dread Wastes, fighting both mantid and giant bugs along the way, the Dawn have finally found some sort of solace for the night. Drawing ever closer to that lucrative Void Artefact…

Today, the Dawn made the majority of the journey across the Dread Wastes, travelling with the immediate border with Townlong, to the coast. Enroute, they had to face creatures ranging from Elekk-sized, mantid-aligned angry insects, to normal-sized, but incredibly -bitey- insects, and sha-remnants. They’ve now settled into Soggy’s Gamble to recuperate, getting ready for the next leg of their journey…

After two long grueling weeks in Pandaria, the Dawn have finally returned to the safe confines of Quel’Danil, with a new artefact in tow.

They will now be taking the next week and a bit to relax, and see to various social arrangements.

If you’ve been looking to join, now’s the time! We have some truly exciting stuff coming up on the next few months, which will, quite possibly, be the most ambitious undertakings since the guild’s founding.

After an extended weekend’s worth of social gatherings, festivals, and funerals, the Dawn now look toward relaxing, recruiting, rearming, and finally - training. Taking a week off their duties, and to spend time with family and friends.

Soon, however, a new deployment awaits…

Today, the Dawn returned to the field - and, what was meant to be a simple raid against Forest Troll villages in the Hinterlands became a bloody fight with the Hand of Zul, sending the elves into a tactical retreat - and leaving them to plan their next big strike…

With many wounded within the Dawn, they now have to resort to some of their more… Sparingly used weaponry, in an attempt to drive this trollish menace from the Hinterlands.

Another night, another skirmish.

Tonight, after their tactical loss yesterday, the Dawn brought out their most rarely used, and most precious, weapons:
Dragonhawks.

Acquired through personal means - mainly, as personal mounts - the rare, yet powerful beasts are used sparingly - especially as the Dawn are without a breeding pair, rendering a loss of even one near-catastrophic.

The Zulians, however, lacked any sort of mount - bar a single Pterrodax, and as such, the winged beasts were free to cause havoc in their ranks, and, after several hours of bitter fighting, the Dawn sent their ancient foe routing, piece-meal, behind the safe walls of Jintha’alor.

And not a moment too late.

In only a few days, a deployment to foreign shores await the elves, and their allies, so the nighit’s battle leaves them sure that their Lodge will remain safe from any trollish attacks.

A huge thank you to the Hand of Zul for another succesful two days of thoroughly enjoyable RP-PvP, we look forward to future cooperation!

These guys just killed my pterrordax today in an epic aerial battle, I’m still salty.

But! The fights with them are always amazing, and you should definently check them out if you’re looking for a guild like this!
