Alliance Free Company’s Venture to Morgan’s Vigil
In immediate response to the news of the War Council concerning our kin in the north, Captain Torviksen departed ahead of us at haste to Tyr’s hand to make contact with the crusade and inform them of our mobilization to the north, and provide his own personal assistance until we can regroup with him.
We have spent the last several weeks gathering supplies and troops for our push through Blackrock Mountain, and we have no intention to abandon this front or end our initiative to assist Khaz Modan. Furthermore, assisting our dwarven allies means they will be only better ready to also send reinforcements with us to aide our distressed northern sister Kingdoms.
As such, we will begin our first concerted push into the lands the beasts of Blackrock have plagued. Escorting the baggage train will be a dangerous and taxing endeavor, and thus we call upon all able bodied men to assist us in this call to arms.
We will gather in Lakeshire at 8pm on Saturday, before assembling the troops and baggage train, followed by heading north to the outpost of Morgan’s Vigil, within the Burning Steppes. This land is a lawless ravaged place, filled with orcs, ogres, and worse, but we brave these things for the betterment of our King and People!
