BACK IN STORMWIND
Two weeks spent in the plains of Westfall, following the mobilisation of the Alliance Army, D-Company were tasked with home defence. Rumours and reports of convoys and carts belonging to the Breadbasket Guild meant for the problem struck region of the Kingdom had gone missing, with all its drivers and escorts dead.
Starting to uncover a plot a long time in the making, the men and women of D-Company have just barely scratched the surface of what type of corruption they are facing or how deep it even goes.
With the imminent threat of further instability in the region squashed, along with a man known only as “the Vulture” being apprehended and brought to justice, D-Company returns home and instantly begin to prepare for their next mission.
But first…
The life of a soldier is fleeting and not everyone makes it out on the other end.
This is a fact that the soldiers of the 82nd Infantry Battalion’s D-Company were painfully reminded of during the deployment to Westfall as they witnessed the death of one of their sisters in arms, Private Verdana Lake.
In the defence of Kingdom, home and its people, Private Verdana Lake paid the ultimate price in the line of duty, killed in action by those that plot to undermine, corrupt and destroy the very thing we fight for.
Her sacrifice will be remembered.
Private Verdana Lake’s memorial service will be held at the Stormwind Cemetary, Tuesday the 8th of October at eight o’ clock. All are welcome.
The future:
With little time to rest, grieve or prepare. The soldiers of D-Company have already received their new sets of orders, to return to their previously scheduled deployments. Continuing their tours of the Alliance Military installations across Azeroth.
The tour continues with a trip to the Aerie Peak, before ultimately passing through Stromgarde, the Highlands and then back down south once more.

It feels like autumn’s just started and we’ve been jampacked with things to do, between settling in to the new content and finding our footing in the new storylines, we’ve opted to stay away from Khaz Algar so far due to there being so very little to go on.
We continue to travel around Azeroth, inbetween the tours focusing on building an overarching narrative and plot for the guild itself and in turn the people within it.
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR MEDICS.
We only have one Doctor at the moment and the position is a lonely one, at times exempt from the duties and tasks of the regular soldiers. Carrying the responsibility of the entire company’s wellbeing on one set of shoulders is just not good enough.
If you’re interested in adventure RP set within a military setting, like medical and healing RP as well as all the good bits and pieces that stem from it, we would be happy to take you in.
Of course we are also searching for more soldiers, footmen and rangers, to fill our ranks.
