Despite being a filthy heretic IC, Alencader is a noice guy OOCly and i'm sure he'll lead that to be a successful guild.
Very agreeable and benevolent person that is VERY involved into his RP creation and guild.

Since when have we started calling trolls or downright unpleasant folks 'detached intellectuals'? Anyhow mate, maybe tell your GM to stop being a nuisance once in a while, it would do him good I think.

Looks good, and I wish you luck.

Something that does look a tad bit odd to me is the ranks of within the guild such as Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and Major. They're more so ranks within the military of the Alliance and not really of the Order of the Silver Hand.

I hope to see more of you and your guild in game!
