[A-RP] Stormwind Market

A little dwarf has been standing in the Trade District handing out flyers to passers by.

The Flyer reads as follows:
Come one, come all!
Visit the Grand Stromwind market!
From the smallest gnome to the tallest Draenei- everyone is welcome.
Grab a drink, get your fortune told, and Join the fun!

The market will take place on 2nd of February-9 bells.
Hosted over on Defias Brotherhood server - By the guild “Circle of Justice” (SW. WM ON)

(I realize this will cross with the times of The Moonrise RP- I didn’t know it when it was planned, since I was not on moonglade server. Either way, everyone is welcome after watching the new moon. Just whisper me for an invite after and you will get one )

I will be your middleman, so I will invite anyone who is interested and we can phase in and have some fun!

We are looking for people willing to run a stall, selling all sorts of goods. OR just come as visitors or shoppers, that is completely fine too.

** TRP items are also fun and welcome for this event. **

Some ideas you could do…

Special runes or wards / Rare animal skins / Fortune telling/ Rare pets / Prosthetics / Potions for numerous things/ Specialised Arrows/ Azerite (!)/ Plants (cough cough ~Botany Band~ cough) /Magical clothing or weapons etc, etc.

You can also sell some … less legal goods, but be sure not to be caught!

Those are just some ideas, you can come up with anything you wish on your own! But do comment if you wish to run a stall - so I can arrange it with CoJ so they know too!

Sounds interesting! While the Moonrise will be my priority, if I have time after the event I will definitely poke you and bring Sharon (my Band alt) to Stormwind! She’s not much of a stall-keeper, but she can definitely wander around selling stinky sticks uhhh, premium herbal incense to other visitors!

Sounds great! The moonrise starts at 8 pm - right? Until what time usually? I need to know if I can attend too!

The event pretty much lines up with the in-game moon, really. I think it starts to rise around 21:00? Frankly, I can hardly remember!

…That said, I just consulted my guild calendar and realized I actually won’t be able to come after all–the Hand starts a new mini-campaign on the 2nd and I happen to be the one running it…

Welp.

(I’ll post a link to this thread in the Band’s discord though, so here’s hoping other folks show up after the Moonrise!)

It was unfortunate how the timing of this overlapped with the Moonrise. I will keep an eye for similar events in the future as I have a character itching for something like this
