With the estimated numbers of guilds, the sign ups are now over 100! - This will promise to be a spectacular Campaign.
I will be merging some of the Games together, meaning that you cannot enter them once the first of the series has started.

No. I very much doubt that. Only participants should sign up.
Sign ups on the forums are not required to watch/participate in the Games, they are a courtesy so that I can prepare better for the amount of people signed up.
