(A-Rp) Westfall Vigilantes

Westfall Vigilantes was begun by The Crown and Westfall Brigade in an attempt to rebuild not only the farms and buildings that littered the region of Westfall but the very relationship between the Crown and it’s people. There has been a breakdown in communications since the fall of the Defias Brotherhood, something the Crown will no longer ignore and is now actively working to repair the damage done in the past. As such in an agreement with Marshall Stoutmantle a project was started to handle these rebuilding efforts and the people at large was established, seeking to bring peace and prosperity to Westfall which has been ravaged by poverty and lawlessness for far too long… The 4th Platoon, 6th Company Westfall Brigade has been form to do this.

Hello there and thank you for looking into this project. Westfall Vigilantewill be a project centring its rp around Westfall with both a military and civilian sector, each will have their own ranks and purpose. Its goal is rebuilding and safeguarding and rebuilding trust to the Crown and also go outside it if its in the interest to these 3 goals.

Not to come out as too rude, BUT there are a couple of things people will definitely have a gripe about… The first one is the post’s grammar and the second one is probably the fact you mentioned that Project Westfallian began under an agreement with High King, which is a bit too much for some people. Removing that line would probably be best, seeing as to how the fact High King assisting in it bears no story weight.

Also the Defias Brotherhood is still very much so active and Vanessa is still loose. That and the fact some additional rank descriptions would be nice.
That said, I’m always hands down on RP in Westfall! It’s a pity so many zones like it go to waste and are unused.

Thank you for the feedback, Feel free to give me a headsup on what should change on military discord or ingame.
Its still very early stages and I be working on correcting as I go.

I’ve given feedback for probably between 8 and 12 of your projects now. Why isn’t this one going to end the same - with you getting annoyed that you have no people, and then vanishing for a few months before appearing with another poorly-proofread concept?

Sadly thats been my case and I not been gone for motnhs, I rp in other guilds and for a time another game main ESO. Came back and join Stormwind Marine 12 company and it disbanded sadly.
This time around I been asking around and got a hand from a LT from that guild and be slowly building it block by block.

I’m generally very supporting of new guilds but these are some fair points. I, personally, have no idea who you are, but

  1. If you struggle with grammar in text-based RP, perhaps you should not be the one typing up recruitment ads. It might be harsh but first impressions matter.
  2. If you time and time again start guilds only to have them fail, then perhaps you’re just not GM material? There’s no shame in it - not everyone can do it and it’s incredibly hard work to keep a guild active.

If you decide to push on anyway I’d recommend getting someone else to do your recruitment - a PR person if you would - and really think about if you’re willing to put in all the hours and work it’ll take to keep the guild going, even through attendance drought.
