Just doesn’t appear.
Using DUGI addon to tell me what quest to pick up and there is no ! mark

Same for me, from beggining i tried to make 100% quest copleted in all locations but this one dont show for me. Tried multiple addons, wowhead, reload, but cant see this quest line.
I saw wowhead comments:
I think they removed this entire questline/chapter

Have you done all the Hallowfall stuff?
