This might not be a recruitment thread. Or it might be, have patience.
We are a very old guild facing a long draught. Since our humble beginning in 2005 we have had ups and downs but lately we are facing an all times low.
(wow! way to be encouraging people, I’m glad he’s responsible for recruitment)
We tried the built in recruitment, but the few who joined were perhaps on the brim of stopping anyway. And quickly we found ourselves in the same situation as before.
(OMG can he get any more depressing)
This brings me to my theory/question; there must be hundreds of other guilds with a low number of active player facing the exact same problem?
But what if we joined/merged forces? All we would need is the curiosity and the willingness to try something new.
So here is my proposal, if you’re a GM of a small guild looking for more, join the conversation and maybe we can start a movement.
Or if you’re an individual struggling to find a “Home” join in or leave a comment.

I’m sorry to read you are struggling with numbers. We (Synfull) are having more and more difficulties ourselves to get our raids going, and quite often have to pug people in just to go in 2/2/6.

Maybe alliance with an Horde guild might be a fresh idea with the cross faction thing.
Punished is a Horde guild which has been a raiding community & a guild for good many expansions now allowing people to raid and play with us while remaining on the server they love and like, but still feel welcomed and at home in our raids. Now you can be alliance and join in on the fun with us (one of our cross realm friends even changed to a space goat 
since that is what she loves to play)
As usually the number of people come and go, but 1st time in the guild history we have found to be in the spot that we have too many healers for the amount of DPS hahaha (a good joke, I know) and are in a bit of a trouble when one of the tanks needs a day or 2 off.
Short version - raiding oriented, mature, friendly, qq free, raiding times Wed/Thurs from 21 to 00 ST (the times are not negotiable), aim AotC with no immediate plans for mythic raiding. M+ over the weekend if people desire
