So Ive got this quest & I cannot seem to find the mobs -magic flamebinders that drop the Soulforged Cores…have the just disappeared?

It seems you cannot do this quest when the Kyrian Assault is up. When this assault is running, the required mobs do not spawn. Well thought out design…

I came to the same conclusion yesterday after running around for almost an hour looking for the required mobs. I was hoping to use that daily to help complete the Subvert The Jailer percentage

What Yleth and Shammy said - they dont spawn while the Kyrian assault is up. Best bet is to wait until it flips to the next one(i think they are on 2 day cycles like in BFA)
