Hey there!
Dissonance is an Alliance guild on Sylvanas that consists of people who want to grow towards the top 1000 of the world, while still being a laidback and fun guild. We are 6/8M in Uldir and are always looking for new people to join our core group of friendly raiders.
What do we need:
Currently we need Warlock’s and either a Priest or a Shaman healer, but if you feel that you can be an addition to our roster then don’t be afraid to contact us. Our roster is always open for new, exceptional talent and we’re not afraid to take in new trials, no matter what class (except for Tanks).
What do we expect from you as a raider:

Attendance to every raid, or to notify an officer if you cannot make it. We get it, people have lives and can not always make a raid night. That is no big deal, but make sure you notify us on time.

To be fully gemmed, enchanted and have the relevant food, flasks and potions on you when you arrive at the raid. Augment runes are optional, though highly recommended on progress fights where we need that last little push.

To know all the relevant tactics for the bosses.

To put in as much effort as the rest of the guild. This means giving it your all in raids as well as putting in the necessary effort outside of raid to get gear/optimise character stats (Running M+, getting your neck level up etc.)

To check and compare logs to see areas for improvement, tactic wise and rotationally.

Voice communication is mandatory for raiding to listen to raid tactics. You do not have to talk all the time if you don’t want to, but we do expect people to say crucial information on the spot when needed during a fight.

Currently we do not have a real “bench” as we have a pretty tight roster, but we do expect you to be able to sit out a fight if it is needed. Either so we can gear certain people (I.E. 2h Weapons on Taloc, Daggers on Mother etc.) or when certain tactics ask for different classes. We write down who is benched so that it doesn’t happen multiple times in close succession. We try to bench everyone as fair and equal as possible.

A great raiding environment where everyone’s ideas and thoughts will be heard. Strategy discussion if we hit a wall is open to anyone that has an idea on how to optimise.

We provide the raid with two cauldron’s per raid (1 flask per person. 2 if you have donated 1 flask) and feasts before every pull. We currently provide the raid with free Vantus runes and a stack of pots for hard progression fights if we can, but this can only be provided by boosting people in HC or by donations.

Wednesday 20:30 - 23:30 ST
Thursday 20:30 - 23:30 ST
Monday 20:30 - 23:30 ST
In the first weeks of progression we will clear N / HC raids on Wednesday’s to get the last pieces of gear needed for Mythic. On Saturday’s and Tuesday’s we do optional, non-mandatory HC runs for mains/alts. During these we also try to do boosts, so it might be asked that you switch to a main character if clearing isn’t going smooth enough.
