About us: 9/9HC, 3/9M
We are a group of dedicated individuals that want to clear as much of the current content as possible. Most of the core has known eachother since 1999 in EverQuest, the place where we first met. We are very tight core and that means you wont be seeing us disband at the sight of hardship.
We are all working adults and thus don’t expect people to put their lives on hold for WoW. We are casual, but we aim to make the most of our time playing. We aim to do mythic raids, M+ and other activities together. We are a social bunch and like to sit in discord and shoot and talk nonsense and joke around.
We are easy going but also value everyone’s time so being prepared is something we value.
Recruitment:
In terms of socials, everyone is ofc welcome to join and have fun with us in various activities including stuff like M+ and alt-Normal raids.
As for raiders. We are in need of:
Healers: Shaman, Paladin, Monk
DPS: Range or a DH
We prefer ranged because we have enough melee atm
Raiding schedule:
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00ST
Monday 20:00 - 23:00ST
On non raid days we run M+, level alts, help eachother with various tasks and raid alt-runs.
Raid rules:

We prefer you attend as many raids as possible in order to have a very solid and cohesive raiding team. If something forbids you from attending a raid, this shall be communicated beforehand.

Gear should be enchanted, gem and min-maxed. We are casual, but we value the little time we have to raid, so everyone is obligated to come with their character prepared.

Have a positive mindset when it comes to wiping. We are all learning, especially on harder mythic bosses.

What can you expect from a TBH raid:
A fun and relaxed atmosphere but with a focused mindset. We aim to to be adults and dont take things to seriously but we also aim to kill as many bosses as possible and fix mistakes quickly rather than ignore them for the sake of keeping things chill and relax. At some point we have to put our big boy pants on and kill the boss, so personal responsability is very important.
Since we started Uldir, we have basically never canceled a raid, despite BFA’s reception where lot of people left worldwide we have tried our hardest to keep people busy and keep the guild alive, and here we are now, still alive and kicking.
