Valediction is a guild formed in the beginning of Shadowlands dedicated to push the current tier as far as possible without sacrificing the fun and chill atmosphere in the raid. To form and expand our roster we’re always in search of motivated players that share the mindset as we do. Our long term goal is to clear the most recent raid tiers on the highest difficulties.
Outside of our raids, our members are always interested in pushing Keys and completing their weekly goals.
It is important to us to have an active and helpful community that welcomes new members with open arms.
Raid Schedule
Wed 20:00 - 23:00 ST
Fri, Sat 21:00 - 00:00 ST
We might extent the raid night a few minutes if kills are close.
While we are not expecting a 100% attendence in the raid as we know that things might get in the way sometime and have you skip one or multiple raids it is welcome to respond to the calendar invites on time and/or tell the raid leader or officers at least 5 hours before the raid if you can’t make it.
Requirements
Our requirements for the raid are rather simple. People that want to join our raid are expected to:
- Pull their own weight in the raid
- Keep their character up to date in terms of gear and character power related things
- Always aim for the best performance and always try to improve (Class knowledge and Mechanics)
- Have a high attendance (We know IRL can get in the way, but please inform us on time if possible.)
- Be able to communicate on discord if needed (Having a functioning microphone)
- Have a healthy attitude, be willing to help others and work in a team
Our trials will have one raidweek to prove themselves that they fit in. There is a possibility that trials have to sit out on a boss we are currently progressing.
Loyality and patience are key attributes we are looking forward in our members as there will be things that the guild may be struggling with over time. Sticking together in those times is what brings us even closer together! Constructive feedback is always welcome.
