[A][Wildhammer] A Newbie friendly Guild that teaches how to Raid & Improve. LGBTQIA+ Recruiting!

What’s the deal?

The Bananapancakes is a Alliance Guild on Wildhammer/Thunderhorn that first started in Mists of Pandaria, with the purpose of helping completely new and veteran players to get to experience and progress in raids no matter what skill level they came into the guild with. We will help you learn how to play whatever class you have chosen, this includes things like your spec, you rotation, stat priority, Azerite traits, Boss tactics and so on. After a long pause we want to start up again.

… Why?

Because Raiding is something that everyone should get to experience. It is one of the most exciting parts about World of Warcraft, that feeling when you finally down a boss you have been struggling with finally goes down? Priceless.

We want to allow players who have never raided or feel like they are under performing a chance to get in on the fun. Many people feel like the barrier to get into a raid nowdays is too high. Why on earth would you need to down Jaina Proudmore on Heroic difficulty to get into a raid or a Mythic Keystone? Or a Rio score of 5k for whatever reason? We want to ignore all that.

We help you out, and you help us raid? Fair deal?

The Plan?

Get 1-2 raids per week going. Starting with The Eternal Palace. Depending on gear we would plow through Normal and then jump over to Heroic as fast as possible. The harder the content the better it is to learn from it. If we get Heroic down, sure let’s go Mythic if everyone is up for it. We want it to be fun, social and relaxed. We are here to enjoy the raids, it is not a full time job.

The raids would be as efficient as possible with the least amount of downtime possible. Flasks, Food, Enchant, Gems. All helping to speed up the process. We don’t want to waste any of your precious time.

Tactics will be provided for bosses and a short TLDR version of it would be explained on bosses where it is needed.

Who are you?

You are person who might not be entirely sure if you feel like you are able to raid, maybe because of old experiences where people have been blaming you or kicking you from raids. Maybe not feeling like you are “Good” enough to actually join a raid or a guild that intends to raid.

Maybe you have never been in a guild before and want to try that out? We won’t force you to do anything. If raiding is not your thing, then stay for the social aspect of it, we are nice people too!

Maybe you are a experienced raider that has skills and patience to share and teach them to others?

Feel like you are too old to raid maybe? The Bananapancakes has a history of older raiders(50+)! Give it a try anyway. We include as many as we have space for.

Seems interesting?

I hope we have piqued your interest, and might consider joining us. We want to get people to enjoy the game and experience everything it has to offer.

If you are interested, then send a message to Vartan-Wildhammer (Or anyone else online in the guild) if we can’t seem to be online at the same time then write an in-game mail and we can take it from there!

If there is any other questions feel free to write it to Vartan or just write in the comments here. Thanks for reading all the way to the end!

Hi I am interested in joining your guild. I am fine with doing raids from older patches since i just want to enjoy the raids (LFR is not fun). I am 21 male speak fluently English but it takes me some time to get used to talking. I can usually play from 19:00 to 00:00. I play protection warrior but i don’t mind switching the spec.

Had to delete the previous reply since i forgot to switch character.

Heya! I will fully agree that LFR is not exactly the most fun you can have with raids.
It normally takes some time to warming up to speak to new people, and it’s all good.
Just /w Vartan or anyone else in the guild for an invite
