Is there any chance Blizzard lowers the required level for the quest to get the Arathi Basin tabard? The rep system isn’t really made for players to be Exalted and locked at level 40 when the tabard quest gets unlocked at level 60. Once you get exalted you don’t really get anything to show for it!
