Kazzara dropped items, but not Echo of Neltharion & Sarkareth!
I got only gold!
This is not a bug, as Dragonflight is not in “Legacy Loot” mode - so therefore you get the usual 20% chance per person to get any loot drops. Otherwise, it’s gold.
