Shadow word death= 20% dmg nerf
Starsurge = lower range to 30 yd or 20% nerf dmg or increase cd
Mutilate = ~10% nerf
Lava burst = maybe slight nerf - has same dmg as starsuge but long cast + low range + shamans have no dps rune on boots. Nerf it wisely

fixed your ideas:
Shadow word death= 30% dmg nerf
Starsurge = increase cd to 8s
Mutilate = ~10% nerf
Lava burst = 20% nerf
Shadow Strike / Quick Draw / Between the Eyes = 10-15y max range, 20 and more is overkill. Also no damage from BtE, no clue why a ranged kidney gets damage ontop.
Penance / Prayer of Mending = 10% Increased mana cost.
Wild Growth = CD Increased, reduced mana cost.
Guarded by the Light = Increased movement speed, rets mobility is simply said trash.
Would you enjoy trying to kill a damn chicken as melee just to see themselves heal to full after your burst window? Balance is tanky af vs melee while having instant hots that are OP + roots + 40% movement on demand.
Priest suffers from the same overtuning as druids.
Thats it ? No Shadowstep nerf ? Or the muti perma slow ? Or the Rogue reset, Gauge, 2x different stuns after opener, one of which is rnaged, legion of slows ? All thats good ?
People just see the obvious pp flashy stuff, like Surge, SW:D and Lava Burst. While Survival Hunters doing broken melee dmg and Rogues flying under the radar.
Wake up, Rogues at this stage of the game have the biggest toolkit that they have ever had in the history of the game, and that’s at a time when most other classes have their historic low.
If you wanna nerf the damage of death by 30% without changing their CD at all and just increase the cd on starsurge to 8 sec? Thats ridicolous.
Also the same with penance and PoM nerf and then Wild growth will still be a buff if you nerf the mana cost and just make it a little more of a CD, its the best healing spell in the game atm.
happy to read anything decent coming from you without making the abilities worthless, SWD should work as an execute with a punishment for failing to kill, Starsurge is just poke, too spammy and strong at that.
Right now you can literally clear a dungeon without using other healing spells as a priest, without needing to drink (outside of buffing stam). These 2 spells literally carry any healer regardless of gear in dungeons.
WG can be spammed, which is what i take issue with, it shouldn’t be the case where a druid can heal 2 grps almost at the same time, or just keep a permament hot aslong they have mana.
Starsurge should be 25-30 yards at max, it does the same damage as lava burst but requires no setup and is instant cast rather than 2s. Lava burst is strong but it is at least counterable. Starsurge’s animation also sucks compared to the one in retail where it’s very hard to see, would be an improvement to have it the same as retail imo also allow grounding to actually stop it.
PVP is feeling fun in battlegrounds at the moment but it would be a lot better if damage across the board was slightly lowered 10-30% rather than just adding health pools. If it continues at this rate then lvl 60s will have more HP than TBC raid geared chars which kinda takes the “classic” feel out of SOD.
While promoting killing Shadow Word Death after Spriests have been absolute garbo for the entirity of P1, if u destroy that ability, shadow doesnt even have a different dps rune to use instead… lol
Yeah new mutilate is busted but its not even close to starsurge spam. There is 0 counter to starsurge. Huge range, costs 0 mana, does lava burst damage. While lava burst you have to have flame shock, 2 seconds cast, can be kicked and has less range. It has to be tone down. They could compensate by increasing wrath damage or something.
Same for SwD, priest toolkit is huge and swd should be nerfed, same goes for rogue.
Yeah lava burst does insane damage but the toolkit of shamans compared to other classes such as rogue or priest is not even comparable

Yes u can spam and watch your grp die because take some stupid dmg and u get oom. U talk about it like all people in this game knows to play their characters. WG is only spell in game atm for aoe heals that druid have and u want to nerf it lol Tranq I dont count since cd is 6min
