My Hamstring on my Warrior should slow movement for 15 seconds and it only does it for 7 seconds. Anyone else have abilities not working as intended?
not if it’s a DK or whatever other class has a talent to reduce slowing effects plus the 10% from meta gem
It happens to any player and any class. it also doesn’t slow them by 50% it’s more like 20% or 30%. If another player uses a 50% slow on me they can get away from me which they shouldn’t.
they should if they have the meta gem and minor speed on boots and you don’t
I am now experiencing that Victory rush does not become Available after making a kill yielding exp or honor
