does anyone use this addon and have any issues with it? ive tried reinstalling, restarting game etc etc. and it wont show any spells whatsoever of my teammates.

You might have them positioned somewhere off-screen. Try and play around with the orientation and see if that helps.
na, the anchor is right next to my frames 
Go download OmniCD, been using it for years and never had any issues with it.
Works fine on my machine. Maybe you didn’t have any spells selected? Or everything unchecked in visibility tab?
