Would someone be kind enough to tell me how to find this? I’ve spent the best part of 40 minutes looking for it. I’ve clicked on I don’t know how many “stolen manuals” which all seem to respawn quite rapidly.
Any advice or help gratefully received.

I wonder, maybe its tied to the location? And have you made sure you are not in a raid group? Raid groups prevents non raid quests.
I’m solo. Wowpedia tells me it’s at 55.25, but how do I tell where I am in relation to this?
youd need to get a coordinate addon.
What addon would you recommend?
tomtom is the map addon I use that works with coordinates.
