Does anyone know are they gonna keep requiring achievements to unluck them or they are gonna remove that too, like how they are gonna remove reputation grind? I mean are we be able to create them right away when the shadowlands hits?
As far as I know you will still need the respective zone story achievement in order to start their unlock scenario, atleast for the allied races connected to BFA zones.
You have to do the unlock quest. And right nowin order to get that quest you need the story quests of the faction complete
As far as I know, these races will be unlocked by default in Shadowlands, so even new accounts will be able to play them.
Not true. They will still require the quest achievement as was said. Only rep requirement is going away.

The only change we know for sure (which is still of course subject to change, it being alpha) is the removal of the reputation requirement.
