The rewards are pretty lackluster atm but that is only because we can only go to level 3.

so max ilvl is 512?
You get 571 in a Bountiful level 3 one if you use a key. According to Wowhead max ilevel is 603 from a level 8 Bountiful one.
Max ilevel without using a key is 554.
can you get a key while not lvl 80?
You can get the chests they are in, but you can’t open the chest until 80.
You might be able to combine fragments and make a key before 80.

I wouldn’t use the keys until season 1 unlocks next week though. It’ll just be a waste.
