About Demon spec with imps and Implosion

I dont sure if I did wrong…

When imps itself pop random many. When I send them “Implosion” as they was 5+
But in TW. I see players keep 10-15 imps live wihout use Implosion.

I try understand. Do bad thing if I use Implosion too early and I need let 15+ imps alive and shot enemies?

Simple - if you have one target than don’t implode. 3+ targets then implosion is reasonable.
