Eh, I got a few more days until my sub ends.

The idea of Same Faction BG is not a bad idea per say. It is a fix that allows the better and larger faction to PvP on a more equal ground. Lowering Queue time for both Horde and Alliance (The surge of 200+ Bgs compared to …what…10?20?) is a good choice as people will be able to PvP till their hearts contents.

Yes, sure, Alliance are scuffed from it. As it’s the end of what Alliance was known for back from Vanilla - Wotlk, the faster Queue times due to difference of interest of PvP vs PvE depending on faction. But this isn’t the old game, this is the new game with old paint.

The fun part, for the Horde side, is to know the differences and finally notice how game breaking racials can be on both sides. If anything it should atleast give some perspective on the difference of how the game develops.

If anything, it would be a first to see a HvH Meta or AvA meta.

Imagine Alliance vs Alliance without Stun Resists galore, or WotF (It would be a new completely different game since Warlocks/Priests would be able to use their defensive mechanics much more often and actually working as intended from the class design of the old. )

If anything, same faction BG can be one of the most fun of them all, but the unbalanced faction PVP sizes are rough to see, especially from the Alliance side. As Alliance vs Alliance will probably be less than 1% to happen.

But the meta that would develop from the fix would be one of the most interesting to see and discover.

Atleast my 1 cent on it. Cause the other cent is my sub.

Horde/Alliance PvPer.

Ladders for Alliance separated from horde
BGs same

would be interesting and completly separate both factions
Dont see the dowside there
Alliace compete vs Alliance
Horde compete vs horde
Everyone gets insta Q’s

Also at the end of each season we could have a tournament with top 10/20 teams

nah with all seperated its 100%

Separated HvH arenas and AvA arenas would be cool idea for BG que problem.

Would cause alliance some serious issues. The AvA bgs would be insanely long because both sides try to give up and afk whole match.

and arena separated to , no racials BS anymore and mabe end of the season a special event for the top 10 or 20 teams.

That’s one of the largest downside.
But there’s ways around this for the developers to create.

For instance, you could choose “Priority” on Alliance vs Alliance, and if no possibility at that time, you could get matched with horde.

Although, knowing Horde they will always go for “ALLIANCE FIRST” after finding out the difference in PvP imbalance after a few weeks. Haha.

sheep go baaaaa. create a compilation of back to back vs UD/Orc fights where stun resist/wotf won them the fight. you’ll be proving all ofus hordies wrong. tempting isn’t it?
