there r 4 bots 7/24 farming mining . i serveral times reported but they r still continue.
i ve video. 4 paladins server PyrewoodVillage badlands i dont sure about write them nicks but i noticed. location u can stay and watch 81,65 / 57,43
i wonder why they not banned if its legal why other people not using bots. thank you

Naming and shaming is indeed not allowed, but you can give additional video evidence through Hacks@Blizzard.com mind that they won’t respond but it will be added to the investigation queue.

Because they have deals with Blizzard. Both sides make money off it, so it’s a win-win for everyone involved, except for people who actually want to play the game, but nobody cares about those.

Simply they do not care… I already understand that long long ago so just get use to it.
Yeah ive reported them many times, still there then change to another paladin. I locked a node and they sat there for 30s then moved on.
As people said, its money to Blizz. They don’t have customer service anymore, its all AI rubbish. Prob only got like 20 people actually doing customer service to a million (if that?) player-base. Ive put in tickets about a specific problem and they auto reply about something else, when you do contact someone they say they’ve had no complaints about it yet the forum(s) are full of people complaining about ‘it’. So there you have it.
I only play to waste time, all the other companies are the same, stick to the devil you know I suppose.
