I have a question for you all.
Would it be possible to do as follow?
-Pathfinder Part One with Horde character.
-Pathfinder Part Two with Horde character
BUT
-Rustbolt resistance with Alliance character.
Is it possible? Or at least the whole Pathfinder Two must be completed on the same character/faction?
You can do pathfinder 1 on one character and pathfinder 2 on the other, has to be the full achievement though
That depends on the achi, if the pathfinder is a meta achi that requires multiple achi’s, one of them being rustbolt, it should work, because regardless of what char you’re on those achi’s are account bound and should count on all your chars
It’s been a while since I got it so I’m not sure if it was a meta achi requiring multiple achi’s or if it hard checked the requirements at the source
Pretty sure you can, I did pathfinder part 1 on my alliance and started doing pathfinder part 2 on my horde before I quit.
Technicly should be possible. Pathfinder is an account achievement so it’s progress should be the same for each character. This means you should be able to do each seperate achievement required for Pathfinder on a different character.

Reputation of Pathfinder Part 2 must be all in the same faction at least.
So I cant do all with Horde but Rustbolt with Alliance.

Have do do entire Part2 on Alliance if you have Part1 unlocked by Horde~ but its not like Nazjatar rep is hard to farm… requires Revered instead of Exalted so piece of cake 
I find it still very hard, only few quests around and mobs hit hard.
Maybe at beginning but benthic gear is cheap and easy to get (15 pearls per item?). Mechagon mobs are much stronger so I dont know how could you farm rep in this place by skipping Nazjatar anyway 
The rustbolt repgrind is only about the worldquest and the yellow quest you get on a daily basis. but it was certainly not fun finding chests and rares without having flying 
Just ignore all the other quests around.

The reps appear to be checklists rather than single achievements.
But what’s giving you trouble? You’re an ilevel 400 DK - more than sturdy enough to blast through nearly everything in Mechagon as UH, and for the few (two?) Rare-Elites that might give you trouble, you could go Blood, at a pinch. But you don’t actually need them. And anyway, you’re on Draenor, and I know from my own Draenor characters that there is always someone around to join in.
My squishy Priest and clueless Shaman had no trouble, at 370-380-ish, and I am truly BAD on both.
You can also buy
at the AH quite cheaply. When you apply it, you get 10 rep anytime you do any WQ in any of the zones, so you can easily enough pick up 200 extra rep or so per day. It’s not great, but still worth doing.
