About Raid Finder - Item Level

I have a one question for you guys.
On my devoker I have mostly pvp gear and it takes avergae of pvp and pve gear and it says your item level is enough for raid finder.

On my hunter again same but I cant see average item level between the paranthesis.
I cant join Raid via finder option with my hunter becuase it calculates only pve version.

Anyone know why there is a difference like this?

Prety sure it just calculates your PvE item lvl and ignores the PvP scaling.
The 2nd picture is probally you having some higher ilvl stuff in your bag but not equipped.
