About rain for Baby ape

I was play my DH, when in Cape of Strenglethorn.

Noticed rain is here! I runned at Jaguero Isle for try catch Baby Ape.
But, rain gone then I was on Jaguero Isle.
Next I back at Strenglethorn, rain is still here.

Why not same rain in Jaguero Isle from Cape of Strenglethorn.??

Not bugged, no.

The weather is different on Jaguero Isle. If you want to catch the Baby Ape, the best way is probably to leave an alt there to camp it from time to time.
