Customer Support doesn’t provide gameplay “game boosts”. Consider asking this on your server realm chat, forums or realm discord.
Special note: Do not follow suspicious links, boost discords or purchase them for real money. Gold trades for boosts are unsupported and if a scam occurs Blizzard will not be able to assist.

It’s not server-specific but some dungeons in WOTLK Classic can be solo’d yes. You can look up Youtube for demonstration videos about that.
Needs a lot of gear and consumables though but not worth the hassle. If you got gameplay questions though, CS can’t help you with this unfortunately.
emm my english is bad, i asking 80lv paladin →solo dungeon (lv70 TBC dungeons: Tempest Keep: The Botanica , The Shattered Halls or lv80 dungeons:Drak’Tharon Keep,Hos ) ,paladin tank can solo these.

I don’t see what that has to do with trying a dungeon or raid solo.
no link ,I heard it from my friend at the server in As.he have a warrior lv70-74 in Tempest Keep: The Botanic.he is banned for “abusing game mechanics” 。he say As server is “AI detection”。Because there are only 6 GMS …
If he did the raid 50-60 times or for 24 hours straight then it might look like he was botting.
1-2 hours is probably the best I can do

To add to Dottie’s point, if you’re just soloing dungeons to farm/grind gold/gear without use of cheating programs its entirely fine. A lot of us just do this for profession materials.

I did it with tempest keep to get reputation It might have been botanica.

I run old dungeons, literally every day, mostly to try and get various mounts, I’m a mount collector. But also for profession mats (older enchanting mats, and cloth sell quite well on the AH).
You have nothing to fear from running solo dungeons. If your friend got banned, then he is not telling you the entire story behind the reason for his ban.
