Do you need to click on the eye and/or be unmounted to pick it up and see stealthies? Didn’t think so but I ran over one mounted a few times just now and it didn’t seem to disappear as I would expect if I’d picked it up. I checked buffs but not sure what it looks like. I didn’t notice anything purple or eye-like; I’ll say that much.
You can simply run over it. You know that you have it if you got an eye over your avatar. You will see stealthies, but not their nameplates.
