While I do like this conduit for it’s haste buff, The cooldown reduction component Puzzles me, more so than the random 15 seconds off we got this expansion that will never get used.
My concern with the conduit is, why is it not just a flat 15 seconds since it doesn’t scale anyway? 10% creates a really weird number for the ability and that’s considering 1minute 45 is already an increadibly weird number for a cooldown like this that would otherwise sync with other 2 minute cooldowns, surely it should have gotten increased initial rune generation or increased haste for its levelling bonus instead of a totally random cooldown reduction?
