With the recent quest chain now finally open you are given a choice, will you accept the gift by keeping the eye or decline the gift of N’Zoth by getting it removed?
My mage is pretty much totally in control, as much as the tendrils tempt him with power, he had that thing removed immediately.
Uruk will definitely not serve a new master again, so he rejects it.

The first gift of the Old Gods, the Gift of Flesh worked pretty well for the people of Azeroth… so a sacond one could be “good” too
Refusing the Gift of such a powerfull entity would be foolish, it would only alert and anger him
Zymara will accept it, but in a way Illidan “accepted” Sargeras’ gift of burning his eyes out and “gifted” him with the Sight…
She will embrace it, but will try to master it and use it to further her own goals…

It start with an item from the Naga invasion, which drops from every Naga there.
The eye is clashing with my transmog. I have to reject it.

Mari already speaks in metaphorical, confusing shards of bigger pictures. I realise that’s neither a yes nor no.
Other characters will and won’t. I like exploring my options.
I just did the quest and I didn’t see any bubble that would allow me to reject it. I don’t want this friggin thing.
Time to accept the gift and serve new master .
I’ve not done it yet, but it certainly makes for interesting roleplay. Time to think, hope to hear others thoughts on it 
I think you can get an NPC to cleanse it, if I’m not mistaken? I seem to have read that somewhere. Not sure who though, writing from work, can’t check atm. Good luck, whatever you decide

Who did it on Horde side? On the alliance side it was Brother Pike.
Dangerbeard wouldn’t even struggle with the issue. She’d reject it without a second thought. The last time the Dark Iron accepted gifts from (someone in service of) the Old Gods it didn’t end well for them. She’s not about to repeat her peoples’ mistake.
Reject and brutalize it… Yes, darkness must go away, I don’t answer his call, i even delete his messages…
