I’ve been playing WoW on and off since 2008, I have a deep love for the game and love to play when I can find the time. I recently wanted to start playing either a druid or shaman in addition to my main. I class trial’d a shaman and figured I preferred the druid so I pre- purchased TWW which also gave me the boost that I then applied to my druid. From my main, I then purchased 6 medals of honour for 15,000 honour points so that I could get straight into gearing up my new level 70 druid. Unfortunately, I sent the medals to the class trial shaman having accidentally mixed the names up. I try to mail them back to my druid or main and the error lets me know that class trial characters cannot send mail to alts. I’ve been trying to hopefully get through to support to just transfer the medals to the correct alt so I can start playing, it’s been about 10 days and I’ve had 2 replies from support, both seemingly not even reading what I had to say and just letting me know the obvious that class trial characters cannot send mail to alts. This is incredibly frustrating because it seems like such an easy issue for blizzard to resolve for someone who’s spent a lot of money with them over the years. It’s not and end of the world problem but the lack of a quick or helpful resolution for a small honest mistake just makes me what to stop playing altogether. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read.

It doesn’t say that it can’t get it back from a trial character so your best option is to try it.
Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I opened and accepted the mail so that I could mail it back, not realising trial characters aren’t able to send it back. The solution you linked only helps for unopened mail. If I knew that trial characters couldn’t send mail I wouldn’t of opened it 
Aren’t trial characters converted to regular when you use a boost on them?
Yes they are, but I think the OP thinks they can just use them and that they have no time limit.
huh? I boosted the druid which is the alt I intended the medals to go for. The shaman who I accidentally sent the medals to remains as aclass trial / unboosted.
They are saying they cannot bypass the system that’s in place, which is why they remind you that class trials cannot use emails. All you needed to do was recall the emails or return them without opening them.
There is not much that can be said, except your mistake has cost you dearly and they will not help you.
Consider it a learning experience for next time. I know it’s harsh but it’s the way it is.
If class trial characters can’t send any mail, they shouldn’t be able to accept any mail in the first place. This silly, honest mistake should be very easily avoided. All it’s done is wasted my time and taken away from my game experience.
Actually it’s also taught you a valuable lesson, to be more careful in the future.
Did you collect the items from the mailbox and put them in your bags? If the items are still in the mail they will be automatically returned 30 days after sending.
