Edit: it’s whatever.
The full quote would be probably along these lines:
you converted your Emblems of Triumph into Conquest by mistake, now wanting to see if it’s possible to revert this. Let’s take a look!
After investigating your situation, I must inform you that although you can trade Emblems of Triumph for Emblems of Conquest, which in turn can be traded for Emblems of Valor, which in turn can be traded for Emblems of Heroism, this decision cannot be reversed by Customer Support.
Remember that you can ONLY downgrade! There’s no way to get an Emblem of Triumph from an Emblem of Heroism, so be aware of that when you are exchanging emblems.
We understand it’s not the most optimal of answers, but we truly can’t go against the established rules as it would make the design of the developers meaningless.
Basically it means in short that Blizzard CS is off-hands in any of such conversions, accidents or not, you’re not the first it happened to and it’s a policy that applies equally to everyone.
You do know that by default it warns you that you are exchanging and that it cant be reversed right?
Read what the warning says next time. Be aware of what you do.
When you don’t pay attention this kind of thing can happen, you just need to be more careful next time.
And by default in converts one emblem, not 80+.
I did check if you get that warning even when converting more than 1, and you do so thats not the problem. Its ether someone who have turned of the warnings or who is using a addon that removes them
Most likely a macro. There are few that converts without warning.
They changed it in the current patch and made it so you can buy multiple without the use of macros.
Ah, remember the good old days where GM’s could actually do that. Those were the days.
No I don’t, I don’t think they ever did.
And thank-fel for this tbh. Finally let me shift-click buy 100 of them at the same time.
a macro can let you buy x amount of emblems with no warnings, either way it is totally OP´s own fault, it sucks but there is nothing to do about it.
