Dear Blizzard.

I’ve been playing wow more then 15 years, today I tried to login in account but stange email told me that 1 weeks ago my account is suspened for 14 days and email saying I purchased gold . Which is wrong, I never did such risky activities entire my wow carreer. I am guild trader and we trade many items via ingame mail, if this is issue? can you explain? I can provide prove that my guild member send me gold.

as an old wow fan, I kindly ask you to check my case and unban my account as soon as possible, I am having surgery in 1 month, and I would like to have fan and play wow before that. please take into considiration this

Make a ticket, you will get a reply within 45-60 days.

Also if you got suspended, all the gold on your account/GB has been deleted.

I doubt they’ll take consideration for anything to be honest, that’s just not how companies work now. As Stargazer said put a ticket in - though it won’t be actually 30+ days, I’m convinced they’ve done that just to dissuade players from submitting tickets. No one will reply to you here on these forums.

Actually though, you’re posting in the wrong place. There’s a customer support forum if you either google it or look at the overall forums.

There is actually one thing you can do, open the ticket on retail, those ticket actually get answered within a day or so.

no it’s currently around 15-16 days. Opened 2 tickets this month.

On retail it’s 8 hours. Just open it there in the future.

How to open ticket in retail not getting?

Log on ur retail character, or just list it like retail ticket.
