Look there, they should provide you with a link to appeal the decision, just note it just to have a fresh set of eyes go through to see if there was a mistake.
i have checked they provide nothing with a solution. Need a blizzard employee to help me im stuck.

Check your spam email folder.
Blizzard only give general reasons. Been remote accessing your game using something like TeamViewer?

they cant help you here, you have to ticket them, on top of that I highly recomend you remove atleast the Email you provided here, or you actualy could be hacked for real, or atleast become a true victim of pishing mails.

Please remove personal details and make a ticket. The banning email will tell you where to reply. Dottie says the account’s 7 months old which does make me wonder where you got it from 2 days ago as that might explain the ban.
Anyway first & most important remove your account details and second reply to the email.
Can I be banned for no reason and in violation of Blizzard? Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory answer. Did too much online affect the Blizzard rules?
They won’t ban you for no reason, the email gives the general reason. Most people that are online for a long time, and I mean the vast majority of a day, can be a sign of botting. What reason did they give you for the ban? Being online too much won’t be a reason.
if being online too much was a bannable offense i would be banned from now until forever
