Account blocked for the second time, request help.
I know that the forum is not the way to help us unblock the account, but we can’t find another way. My appeal form yesterday and the day before yesterday inexplicably disappeared, and my friend’s appeal form yesterday inexplicably disappeared.
So far, my friend and I have appealed for 10 days, but so far there is no result.
Because the emails received, all the same as the original emails received a few months ago, seem to be unified response by the robot.
What happened: A few months ago, a friend and I were upgrading through the “Random dungeon” system while practicing for a new character, and I suspected that I was upgrading too fast, so I was banned.
Result: Later, two of my friends and I appealed for many days, and finally the account was unblocked, but because of the reason of the account ban, my friends and I were somewhat discouraged, so it was not long before we did not play.
After a few months, we recently saw that the new version was about to be released, and we were so happy that we played the game again, but we didn’t expect to be “blocked” while we were practicing the new character.
I really can’t imagine why my friends and I, who have never used bugs, RMT, shared accounts, etc. to violate the game regulations, should be faced with this again.
I just want to ask someone to help us deal with the appeal ticket, hope that a customer service can review our game account, and hope that we can get the opportunity of “account final review” like last time, instead of seeing the robot reply to us every day after waking up, or the appeal form inexplicably disappears, and then fill in the appeal form again.
