I think the quest “The Balance of Power” should now be account-bound. It allows you to unlock artifact weapon skins, which will be frustrating in shadowlands, especially for the druid. This extension is already more than 5 years old, grinding old reputations on all the alts you dindn’t play in Legion feels bad. Completing it just once is enough. Make it happend at least for Shadowlands please.

I hate having to do the Balance of Power on every class to unlock skins. It would be convenient to have it as account-wide but who knows if that’ll be allowed!
