So 18th of october my main account was stolen. The process was quite simple ( I do feel like a fool), I was not paying much attention when Blizzard Whispered me: "GM: Offense: Exploitative Activity: Abuse of economy. Please visit : www.wowblizzard(net) otherwise we will suspend your Blizzard account. And as a fool I got a bit worried and entered the website which was identical as battlenets webisite, logged provided security check and my account was stolen, email changed… Before this happened I made a screenshot of the whisper (Bllizzard) sent it was Bllizzard with to L’s. I wrote to customer service added proof of me previously paying subscription and the screenshot where the thief whispered me. It’s been two days still no reply, nothing. I am waiting here for some reply from the customer service, my credit card information is in that account two days… It’s like writing in a void and hoping somebody will get back to you.

While you’re waiting, you should do everything on here - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/9852, especially following the link to secure your computer. Update your ticket to say what you’ve done (don’t delete and start a new one as you’ll go to the back of the queue). It also has info on the link as to how to recognise Blizzard whispers.

The displayed average ticket time is the longest in queue and yours may be answered faster, from today’s replies it could be over 10ish days for a response.
