Account hacked again!

i came back to play on an old account, but didnt recognize my email . it was changed
i created a ticket from a different account , they gave me a list of info that i have to fill to prove my ownership
i filled everything good , and i recovered my account with new Email and password no issues

but today i got disconnected ingame, tried to login but says that my new Email is not correct.
the hacker somehow logged again and changed my Email again without permission from me !!! how the hell could he do that . now i cannot log, cannot decline the change, now i have 0 access and hacker can see all the ownership details i provided on the saved ticket !!!
i created another ticket following the original Ticket ID ,
am i going to do this all the time ?? even the support helped me update the Email and i make new password he is going to keep trying because he saw the details on the ticket section !!
how can i cover myself for good ?

Generally if you provide it into the document/PDF or otherwise as requested and submitted this the ticket owner (that means you or other people) cannot open this file anymore. Only GM’s can.

As for gaining access again to your email, I recommend to sweep your PC with the latest AV before asking Blizzard again and then attach an authenticator.

very good idea but i never thought the hacker could gain access again because support helped me change to a New Email and i got new password,
how could he change the Email back i dont understand, he is even from a different country than the original registration country

i still have access to the last new Email updated by the support, today the hacker changed it to his so now i cannot access the battlenet account because the Email is changed again.

the problem is the hacker now can see the deep details that i replied in the original ticket and he can spam recalling the account.

am afraid the support doesnt listen to me this time

It sounds like you have serious virus issues going on with your system where the “hacker” can see what you’re typing with a keylogger or something similar. I would tottaly wipe that PC and start again with a clean virus free install. It’s the safest way.

When you have a tottaly wiped PC then you should work on changing your information. Also be careful your phone isn’t compromised too.

Your own email probably got compromised aswell. better put on 2FA on your blizz account and on you emails.

no i havent received any notification on Gmail login attempt, just received notification that the Mail was changed. with 0 permission

i have multiple accounts, 3 actually but i only have 1 phone number
but the Devs decided to limit the user to 1 account per phone number, imagine
otherwise i would have linked them all to my phone and auth App, but yeah
another great decision by Devs

It isn’t unheard of CS failing to recognize faked documents so that is possible cause.

what happened is , after i they helped me recover my account and set my new mail as User name, the hacker received a notification Email which stupid by the staff to do and the cause of this hole conflict for days , ticket still open and GMs are not reading what am saying like usual, they are spamming me with the same stupid ID request … i regret paying money for his crap

so i believe he clicked the link and tried to get it back again , so they interfered and locked the account, and now they are asking me for ID which i do not like to include my personal data in blizzard data base cause simply i dont trust them.

so yeah, am in a loop

They destroy the ID once they’ve sorted out the account. They definitely won’t give the account back to you without it as you could be the hacker for all they know.

thats what they said, i dont believe that to be honest
the account originally is fake name and nothing linked to it, what is there to verify anyway if i provide them with ID ,
sounds sus
they keep asking for ID and i keep uploading payments, details, etc

You might have issues now. Does the fake name look real? Or is the name obviously fake? If your account name isn’t yours and looks like a real name you won’t get it back from what I’ve seen.

its completely random
like ’ aze dk ’

dont know why is this such a hustle, i provided them with account creation date, first sub transaction id, first char created and exactly on what day, so many other deep info
the account that am creating ticket from has the same country as the hacked acc, the other guy is from a different country i even told them his location
like …

i had couple of people from guild having terrible experience with the support service, i have 3 active accounts, we all finishing this last sub and trying another game, we had enough
i wish i can apply for GM job to be honest, do nothing, spam template replies, get payed

check this out mate

There’s nothing they can verify and I’m afraid you’re very unlikely to get the account back. You’re told when making account to use your real name and I’m amazed anyone wouldn’t.

there is no way Customer service can be this bad !! its a joke man i cant believe how terrible they are !

check this other issue that i have

like i said mate there is no way am paying money again for blizzard, this is embarrassing

there is costumer service but since you dont get what you want and didnt use your real name when you made your account then i can see your point since you dont get it back.

its not about getting it back
am talking about many situations when GMs donr care about ticket, they copy paste replies without reading what you are demanding.
and it keeps going on and on and on

this one of other situations ! its bad

they are using templates and post the one that is most accurate but that dosent mean that there are not any costumer service.
there security is high because they want to be sure it is the original owner that have the account.

what i would recommend for you to do is to make 2 new emails and the first one could just be a gmail and then contact blizzard again and have a GM change it to the gmail.
the one that stole your account will most likely get a notice about that change but this is where you use the second email which should be very unique and only you know that email and noone else and you change to that email.
that way the one that stole your account will most likely not have much change unless you have something like a keylogger on your pc.
hope this help you.

i already gave more than enough evidence for that, like 2 pages of payment details, dates , characters etc
they already helped me recover the account nicely, the issue occured when the other guy received a link notification and he tried.
i mean if i provided you pages of ownership info, and you helped me to recover the account, why would you send a notification link to the hacker
of course the guy will try whatever he can , that link created this issue
common sense, doesnt need a council to figure it out

and common sense also state that you should try to secure the account so noone else get access to it.
the email he recieve is only a notification and nothing else.
he cant change your password or login at all.
