My brother received an e-mail from blizzard saying that his e-mail was changed and he can not access his account anymore. He did not change his e-mail, he probably got hacked. I have opened a ticket for it but did not get a response yet. It’s been nearly 20 hours and the hacker is using the account he comes online.
You could try contacting Blizzard via Live Chat, usually you’ll get a much speedier response than you would via a GM ticket but the live chat service might be shut down for the moment due to covid-19. You could also try contacting their support via twitter, sometimes they can speed the process up if it’s serious enough.
