my account has banned for hack or cheat as they what i read in email but i never used any cheat or hack in my games i dont know what to do now i want my account back please help me

My assumption would be it is most possible way for been banned could been that your account was auto-flagged for suspicious activety such as boting which is done by a player, thanks to the right click report function.
Fortunatly you can make an appeal by following this article in bnet.
Please note that making a ticket can take some time to get responses on, especialy during these times were pandemic is going on so avoid making multiple tickets.
