My battle.net accound banned becouse of someone try to hack my account. i opened a ticket and i got a response in 1 day. Gm asked to me ID, invoice number etc. and i sent it all. after this Gm asked to me a new e mail adress for link my battle.net account and i sent a new mail adress to GM. Everything was going great untill here. i had a mail after 24 hours , and its says to me ‘‘we sent a password reset link to your new e mail’’ . but it is not the same e mail that i sent to GM. And i opened a new ticket to GM about this mistake. This time they were give to me an answer very fast and solved problem, and sent a password change link to my new e-mail. i reset my password and addet my authenticator, verify my email and after work when i came home i opened my comp. and daaa daaaaa, i couldnt log in game becouse its say your account locked…i can access to my battle.net and i can change every info in my account but i cant log in my game. And i opened a new ticket to Blizz. And still waiting for a response… How they can open my battle.net account ban and forgot to open my game ban? i wasted 6 days becouse of a GM forgot to open my game lock…its not fair dear Blizz…
It happens more often to recovered accounts that get temp locked for safety measures until they’re 100% sure you’re on it, hope you’re back soon to Azeroth!
