Tried to log into my account yesterday and my account has been locked, try to follow instructions and wait for email with verification code for security check but no email received tried to resend multiple times and got nothing
Are these the instructions in question?
As it says, if you can’t recover your account that way you need to make a ticket.
And in the future phone notifications and an authenticator will help to prevent and deal with such cases.
