Some updates:
- Our developers are working on a hotfix to resolve the issue where players should no longer be under restrictions (i.e. you’ve had game time on your account, and 30+ days have passed)
- Our developers are also aware of the restrictions incorrectly affecting Classic Era and Hardcore realms, but I’m afraid that we don’t have more information at this time
If you need more information about these restrictions, this article has more information. Please do note that Customer support cannot change these restrictions, be it via the forums, or via a ticket. You can find our Refund policy here if needed.
That being said, our developers are always open feedback, and I would encourage you to post your thoughts on this in the right section of these forums (the CS forums aren’t monitored for feedback), in-game, or on the social media platform of your choice. 
I’ll try to post an update whenever we have more information on the two current issues mentioned above, but please do also keep in mind that the Forum Code of Conduct applies whenever you post a message or reply to someone else.
