Hello my account got banned for 10 days i got no email and im waiting 5 days for a response… what is this
my account is 12 years old i dont even know why i got suspended … i play alot soloshuffle so i assume its because i got massreported
if this is a automated suspension i dont know what to say… so some day i try to log in and i am perma banned because i got massreported? i dont even want to play this account anymore because im scared to get my account closed
Is your email address correct and did you check your spam folder?
yes the adress is correct and i checked the spamfolder 
Then you can only assume what the ban is for. Open a ticket and ask for it to be sent again and also appeal it at the same time.
I got a answer after 5 days and guess what ita a copy paste one without any info about the bann blizzard is worse then ever they dont even read the tickets
In Every other plattform like steam or ea you get real Support no matter what even if you dont even have sub
this should shock every wow player
