I’ve done this questline with my 3 characters but it was annoying to do same things. We should finish required storylines, grind reputations, go into the dungeons and raids. In my opinion this questline should be account-wide. At least we should get the first appearance which is coming with Balance of Power quest then if we want other colors too, we can do the requirements as before then we can open other colors too. Blizzard should do something about this. Because most of Balance of Power artifact appearances are great but it is really hard to get them all.

Ye just do all the classes and you are done. Its not hard + u can get the cool as heck infernal mount from Guldaniel.
“Play the game” doesn’t meaning do same thing over and over again. I’m playing game but I’m working as well. After coming from work, I would like to do things from current content. Maybe you have a lot of time to do that kind stuff but not everyone. It is not a challenge that you need to do with each classes, it is just a questline and very very long questline…

I worked full time and socialised and went on holiday and sorts of things.
i just didn’t grind it all in a week.
its been there for 4 years, not like you’ve not had a chance
also by your own rationale, you shouldn’t have to do something to earn something

I am planning on doing all of them for fun soon. I don’t mind grinds.
I had never done Nighthold normal or beyond. Only did LFR back in Legion.
Recently I decided to unlock the artifact appearances tied to Balance of Power.
First run of Nighthold normal I got the mount. I don’t even like it tbh. 
But the appearances are unlocked. Yay.

can you clarify where he was wanting something for nothing?
cause SO many times, when collectors complain about getting certain items that involve insanely repetitive content, defenders first argument is this, we want it for free. he already said in first post he’s done it 3 times already.
exactly. blizz have gotten lazier and lazier each expansion trying to present repetitive grinds as “new content”. its boring doing it the first time. its REALLY boring doing it:
- for all 2 factions,
- for all 4 armor types,
- for all 12 class types,
- for all 23 races (if applicable)
- for other scenario i may have missed
- and doing it all again if it is not a 100% drop item.

The only thing that needs to be account wide is the faction reputation requirements. It feels so boring grinding some old expansion’s reputation on alt characters that haven’t even played back then.
The raids and dungeons are fine, it should take more than a day to get the skins.

I don’t really mind doing Balance of Power on all classes, but the paragon mounts are driving me crazy.
